It took us a while to write this review, mostly because we wanted to make sure it accurately described our experience with Brad and Katie. We got lucky when choosing Western Idaho Builders to do a full bathroom and kitchen remodel. They were organized, prompt, professional, and straight forward. Most importantly, they cared about the project. They made suggestions about what would look good and what was feasible in our space. I do not regret trusting them with such a big investment. I felt comfortable the entire time as they reassured me when any barriers arose. I would recommend them to anyone.

Western Idaho Builders recently completed a brand new build of a studio space in our backyard. I am very happy with the results and definitely would work with this company again on any future projects. The biggest challenge we had was up front in getting all the necessary approvals and permits , being that we are in a historic district in the North End. Once we had our permits and the project started, it was only a matter of about 2.5 months start to finish to completely tear down our shed and pergola and build a brand new 350 sq ft studio with a half bath and a crawl space. Use this company if you're looking to remodel anything!! I came across Brad on Google and he was professional, kind, honest, and just real. I knew from one conversation that he was who we wanted to work with...and we talked to MANY companies. This family owned company got out to start within 2 weeks, he started the demo and now we have a BEAUTIFUL master suite (it was a garage). They have definitely MASTERED their skills, are organized, communicative and care about the outcome. They also got it done fast! Thank you West Idaho Builders! You're amazing!! We love our new addition!
