“Wow. So far, every part of this company has been top notch. I originally spoke with Jason to get things set up. He was so helpful and listened to what I wanted for my house and for my mom's house. ProTouch emailed and texted me three days before and one day before so I wouldn't forget...it's like they know how I work! :-) Leena came today and, due to another girl not being able to make it, did the whole job by herself. She did a fantastic job! Honestly, I was really impressed. She listened to what I was hoping for and did a great job. I look forward to working with this company more in the future.“

“people always hop and skip to post a bad review honestly I've had so many bad carpet cleaners that just made my house smell worse or it be super dirty again in a couple months because they leave so much residue in the carpet the dirt just sticks I have a German Shepherd that sheds like crazy and A+ carpet care sucked every bit of dirt, hair and who knows what out I've never had so much relief from allergies until they came through I was miserable and they fix the problem I didn't know I had not to mention my carpets looked amazing and it smelled so good the owner kept us laughing the whole time too, great people!“
