Critter Clinic is a wonderful place to take your pets. The staff, including the vets and receptionists, are kind, friendly, and compassionate. They take the time to understand each pet's needs and provide excellent care with patience and understanding. The clinic's knowledge, flexibility, and empathy have been praised by customers who have had positive experiences with their pets. Meeting Dr. Mike has genuinely been one of the best things to happen for our dog's care. He is thoughtful, kind, and takes the time to truly listen. What has meant the most to me is that I have my own medical challenges that make certain treatments and options difficult, and rather than making me feel judged or dismissed, Dr. Mike has always been willing to work with me to find alternatives that are realistic for our situation. That kind of patience and compassion is rare and it does not go unnoticed. We are so grateful to have found a vet who treats both the pet and the person with such care. Our dog is also feeling a lot better now and was well taken care of.
Annie, Tamil, Denissen, Smith, are such wonderful vets and people. We haven’t had a vet who treats our animals the way these people do. They sit on the floor with the dogs, they listen, they ask questions to get the right information. Everyone is beyond kind and friendly. Y’all really should be bringing your animals here for the best Vet experience of yours and your furry babies lives ?
Critter Clinic is an amazing place to take your pup. The knowledge,compassion,and flexibility has been incredible to say the least. They have always taken great care of each pet that I had. My baby of 16 years had to be euthanized January 2ns, 2024. It has been a very hard and miserable journey saying goodbye. I know that Lilo is now in a better place and pain free. Thanks to all the staff at Critter Clinic for their compassion and empathy. I still have one pup left and I can say with certainty that I will continue using Critter Clinic for all my pets needs.
