I dislocated my shoulder and shattered the top of my humerus while skiing. I came in with maybe 20% ROM after over 2 months of healing. I worked with Rob and Sarah, a PT student on her clinical rotation for school. They put together a program for me to accomplish goals for my active lifestyle. Guiding an in frame big oar whitewater raft being the hardest. (It requires a ton of ROM and strength from your shoulders!!!) To say I was in good hands is an understatement. Dr. Collin Reid was my Physical Therapist for several months while I recovered from a tibial plateau fracture and high-grade ACL tear. This was the most significant injury I’ve ever had and I was very worried that my knee would never be the same. Collin was fantastic, he listened to all of my concerns and worked with me on a rehab plan to target these areas and set goals for recovery.
