We had put new blinds in 6 months ago and Jason came up with a solution to allow us to keep our blinds and still get new windows. Jason was hard working and didn’t leave until his work was finished (this was around 7:30 pm). He was very courteous and knowledgeable about Anderson windows. We can’t wait to see how they turn out. Remember when we had to throw away the torn and damaged screens and purchase new screens or even better, that blasted screen kit they sell at Lowe's and home Depot that we must wrestle with in order to repair the screens ourselves? What a nightmare! Very time consuming and expensive. This guy does a great job and his prices are fair. He'll travel to you if he's not booked up and his wife is really nice to speak with and helpful which is awesome. I will continue to do business with this company. I do my very best to avoid paying corporate companies. I prefer the customer service you get from a familiar voice and familiar face working one on one, a mom and pop owned business/family owned if you will. The corporate companies charge entirely too much! You're nothing more than a number in addition, the price you pay reflects their overhead costs in order to have the fancy vehicles, building, equipment, etc. that sparkles. I don't need fancy, I simply need a rental property screen repaired... ?“
