We came to New Smiles, and Dr Nick, with limitations, and needing a completion of implants/dentures, started months earlier when we were in another city in the southeastern United States.My husband is a truck driver in the western states. We landed in Boise weekly, for one full day.We needed the work completed on one specific day every week.Dr. Nick gladly accommodated our limited/difficult schedule, as truck drivers.We really appreciate New Smiles for their professionalism, attitude and flexibility.We gladly give New Smiles and Town Square Dental the highest possible rating and have already referred them to others.In our opinion you can't wrong with either one. High praise for the staff and product that Chuck and company put forth. They navigated a highly uncomfortable experience (replacing teeth) and turned it into a positive moment with their knowledge, experience, and patience with my questions. Follow up was wonderful. I'm not sure that I've ever written a review but this business needed one. They processed Medicare insurance without issue and the entire process was incredibly easy in a day and age where everything medical is complicated. Kind staff members on the phone and customer service. Appreciate places like this still existing.

This place is phenomenal. A huge shout out and thanks to chuck who was amazing and great each step of the way. Outstanding service. Outstanding product. Outstanding people. I highly recommend if you want your dentures or implants referred through awesome oral surgeons, done the right way, to get it done here:) my smile has never looked better or more real- you can’t even tell!
