While he was here looking at why our shower wasn’t draining (which he figured out in 5 seconds) we asked him to look at our water softening system and if he couldn’t fix it to give us a bid. He found a mouse had chewed through the power cord. We tried to pay him for his time and he asked us to just use his company in the future. OMGosh! We have 8 rental properties (and our home) and have never met someone so honest and helpful. We will definitely use him again and SO appreciated his time. It is truly rare to meet professionals who don’t want to push you to buy things you don’t need. All we needed was a drain cover and a new power cord.
