I emailed her my prescription and she was able to set me up with a set of contacts within 15 minutes so I could get back to work and trial. Haven't experienced appointments or eye exams, but their customer service and adaptability saved me a headache (literally because I couldn't see).“

“Wonderful experience. Family office feel - two sons took over the practice from their dad. The office staff were the most helpful I've encountered at a doctor's office (explaining what's covered by my insurance up front, even helping to schedule a specialist appt. on my behalf after my appt.). The vision technology was more advanced than all the eye doctors I've seen previously (incorporating colors and dual vision). I saw Dr. Derek Muto who was extremely knowledgeable and patient.“

“Dr. Winbigler is a solid eye doc, however you should always expect to wait to be seen. During my most recent visit I was not seen by the doctor until 40 minutes after my appointment time. You usually don't wait that long to be seen by the technician staff, but you'll end up sitting in the exam room for 10-20 (or more) minutes“
