Editing my review. I had their wellness plan - don’t bother. A few things I found upsetting: I’d gotten my car a toy which said it had silver vine which was supposed to be similar to catnip. My cat puked several times for two days. The vet took him into a different room drew blood, urine, gave him an iv. She strongly pushed cat food they sell there. No other options. When I tried to ask her about silvervine, she said she’d never heard of it, that we can’t believe everything we see online. I asked her about it again and she gave me the number for poison control and told me to call them. The vet had no interest in learning about a something that potentially could be sickening other animals too. When I called poison control they said I had to pay $60-80 before they would look this up. This wasn’t the deciding thing that caused me to seek another vet just one problem in many. I get they have to make money, I know veterinary school is very expensive. It’s just the lack of concern that put me off.“

“Dr. Rossi took my german shepherd in when all others were unavailable. 5 years ago I came home to visit him from college, realized he was urinating blood and freaked out. Called all around town and everyone was unable to help as soon as I needed them. My shepherd ended up having BPH and got neutered at Riverside Animal Hospital & resolved the issue! “I have never felt urged to recommend vets to anyone. I have had animals my entire life, including almost my entire adult life. None of my dogs have ever been to the same vet more than twice, and never have I ever had all of my dogs (3) at the same vet, they have always seen different doctors at different practices. Dr Cromer changed that for me. From the moment I call and talk to Donna, to the moment I walk out from my appointment, I know that my animals are cared for and I know that Dr Cromer and Donna are going to do everything they can to help me and my pups. What got me in was someone telling me the prices were the most affordable around, which is true- visit, blood work, ear meds, fecal, and urinalysis for under $250? You've got me. But what made me keep coming back? One of the first times I came in was actually for my job in the dog daycare field. When I arrived, Dr Cromer was on his way out the door with vaccines for a pup who was too scared to come in the building. I have never seen a vet care so much about the way his patients feel coming in as I do when I come here. Any time I've been here with an injury, Dr Cromer has me in the patient room and has already taken the dog from me in less than 2 minutes. Every step of my appointments is a step I don't dread. Everyone I've recommended always comes back to me telling me how impressed they are with this practice as well.
I will sing their praises until he retires, and I can only hope that the spirit in this place continues on. For once, pet ownership doesn't have to feel like I'm burying myself in the grave because my dog pulled a muscle. I am forever thankful to this crew“

Moody McCall and his son Chase are caring and knowledgeable as is their associate Heidi Chupp.The ancillary staff, especially Amber, Margie and Janet are awesome. We miss amber who retired. Mrs McCall rounds out the group with her presence.“

“Whitehouse gets 10/10 from me. Chose them over some others in the area for their amazing pricing and haste to get my dog in. It was my dogs first vet visit, and as crazy as my dog was, they treated her as if my dog was theirs. Calm and collected. They did great work and my pup was back to normal just a few days after.“

My husband and I stumbled across the office when looking for a second opinion. We met with Dr. Jones and received a much more optimistic prognosis than we had previously been given. Dr. Benson has been treating two brother cats of ours for several issues and has been so positive and kind the entire time. She’s gone well out of her way to make sure our boys are taken care of, and we are so thankful for all she has done. Without her, we likely would have lost our Noodle and Kimchi – thank you for saving them Dr. Benson!

Between these two doctors and the staff that supports them every day, I cannot imagine a better clinic for our cats. We’ve been loyal patients for years and honestly cannot imagine going anywhere else! The quality of care is consistent, and the pricing is very fair. We absolutely love everyone in the office and cannot say enough good things about this place!!!

“This is a great place to take your pets for animal care. I have been to several vets in the area and have finally found the kind of vet I have been looking for. I have had the pleasure of having Dr Huitt take care of my girl, Ivalyn. Dr H is very caring and kind person. You can tell he really cares about you and your pet....you're not just another #.
