On September 15th I called and spoke to the receptionist. I was told at that time that I had to be at the shop before 7:30pm to get tint and a wax for eyebrows. I then clocked out of work early to go get this service. I arrived at 7:08pm. I then paid for my service and me and the lady jokes about how fast I got there cause I didn’t want to miss this service. I then sat and waited my turn only to be told at 8:05 that she will not do it it’s to late!!! I was asked to come back the next day. I informed them that I was going out of town and can’t then I was told I will have to get a gift card. I informed her no she will have to do a refund. At this point I am upset because why have me sit for over 45 minutes to decline my service. Seeing how it was my birthday I refused to get upset and told her she will have to cash refund me. She then slam $29.08 on the counter my service was $39.08 so she gives the other $10. I just want to say I’m not upset cause she couldn’t do my eyebrows I’m pissed at the fact you had me clock out of work early missing money and to wait 45 minutes to tell me your not doing it. I could have went somewhere else but no they wait until 8:05 to say this. Very unprofessional and just plan rude.

I must say not only is she thorough, she really gets to know her clients. Heck I’d book an appointment just to hang out with her all day. Had my brows done with Nano and I am super happy with them!
