Friendly customer service however the lashes were not very good. As soon as I got home, I noticed my lashes are falling, and I am back on to Walmart lashes. $120 went to the crush. Not again.
Arrived to the location 15 minutes ahead of time ring the doorbell 3 times no answer. Called the number listed on the door no answer. Waited additional 15 minutes after my appointment scheduled time no answer again after ringing door bell and calling the number listed on the door . 40 minutes after my schedule appointment I was contacted and asked if I wanted to come to my appointment because I’m still within the time. I declined. The owner did however squeeze me in on Monday and that experience was indifferent. I shared a room with another client and she talked the entire time. On several occasions I have worn it to go on vacation to Mexico, (beach, Rios, Xcaret,) and two weeks go by and they are still intact...
