Requested style: Each time I've come in for an acrylic set or fill I've gotten exactly what I asked for and they look amazing!

Cleanliness: NailTip is always very clean and looking to be in good shape. I love the overall calming atmosphere of the salon.

I was in Jacksonville for my yearly Mayo check up and I found Kathy the owner of Pampered Foot. After speaking briefly with her I was completely at ease and Kathy was very nice and she understood my situation. Wow!! Kathy was gentle and explained what she was going to do prior so I wouldn’t flinch and it was ABSOLUTELY amazing. She massaged my feet and calves bring back circulation which lasted till I had to fly home. Kathy, I will see you again next Feb. 2027 after my Mayo appointment. A++++++“

Firstly, upon booking within 30 minutes, I received a text message with her introducing herself and asking for any hair inspiration photos.

Once I got there for my appointment, she is very friendly and bubbly. (My last hairstylist retired so finding a new one anybody knows is very nerve-racking) I instantly felt comfortable and narrowed down what I wanted out of the photos and she quickly went to work.
