Daniel deserves a standing ovation for what can only be described as ninja-level IV skills. As the parent of a medically complex child, IV days can be filled with anxiety, but Danielle approaches every stick with incredible confidence, precision, and compassion. It’s a gift, and we are endlessly grateful for it.
And then there’s Jessica… where do I even begin? Some people choose a career caring for children. Jessica was clearly called to it. Her gentle spirit, endless patience, and ability to connect with my son Jacob is something I can’t adequately put into words. She is truly a “Jacob whisperer.” She sees him beyond his diagnosis, meets him exactly where he is, and creates a sense of calm and safety that is simply remarkable. Watching her work is witnessing someone living out their purpose.
