“I needed a screen replacement for a phone on my mobile account. I was told on Monday afternoon that a part needed to be ordered and to expect the phone to be ready on Friday. On Wednesday morning I got a call that it was ready and when I picked it up it was in perfect condition. I'm impressed with the quality and the speed of the repair.“

“Thomas should go by Dr. Thomas. I met Thomas for the first time. Like an awesome Dr. he makes house calls. He worked on my PC on a federal holiday . He made me feel comfortable by walking me through every step of the repair as I watched him do surgery on my desktop of 10 years. Very thorough. Saved all my data. The motherboard was fried so I purchased a nice computer that was at his office for a very reasonable and fair price. He set up everything as it was before while updating it to Windows 11. And while waiting on the data transfer he even helped me with issues I was having on my cellphone. He suggested I call anytime with any questions or any future issues. There's probably more he did that I'm forgetting but just know when you see Dr. Thomas you're in good hands. Rated 10 out of 10 from me a very happy customer.“

“Absolutely down to earth person Larry is. I had an issue with a SSD I had ordered on amazon. My wife put the SSD in her laptop and the screw basically turned into powder. and broke off in the motherboard. I did not have the right tools to remove it. I called SEVERAL computer repair shops and they did not want to touch it whatsoever. They didn't even give us the time of day to even look at it. Then I was recommended this place. Larry didn't promise anything but said he would take a look at it. It was a bit of a drive from my house but well worth it. His rates are very fair and he is a super nice and honest person. Not even an hour after I dropped it off he called me and said he was able to remove the screw. I would travel to this location for now on if I have any computer issues that I cannot fix myself. Thank you guys so much for your amazing customer service. You have given us an amazing experience.“
