My deepest thanks and gratitude to the line crews who traveled to St. Louis, MO this weekend to help after the deadly 05/16/25 tornado. Your work in our community means so much as we recover from this disaster. After two days without power, it was a relief to come home last night to your crew ready to get us back up and running. I live in St. Petersburg Florida. My power was out for 3 days from hurricane Milton. The linemen from Hart Utilities quickly, and safely restored the power to my condo complex. Some of my neighbors require electrical medical equipment to keep them healthy. My many thanks to your very efficient linemen who restored the power to our building very quickly. A crew from Heart Utilities came to my town, Metter, Ga., to assist in restoring power after hurricane Helene. They worked efficiently but also safely. They were patient with some of the older folks who had questions, which really touched my heart. I've never been in the direct path of such a storm!! The stress of just living without power in these times felt quite overwhelming at times. I was sleeping when the Heart Utilities crew came rolling in!! I heard them before seeing them. When I went to my porch tears just started flowing!! I'm a nurse with 31 years of ICU experience. Unfortunately, it takes a lot to cause to cry!! It was such a relief to know help...read full review
