“Mixed filings. I like the classes, I’m new to Pilates. Chris and Emily are favorite trainers. The parking lot should have a sign for compact cars only because people park pick up trucks in front of the studio. Sometimes it’s hard to book a class because it’s a busy studio.“

“Very nice variety of equipment, different areas, pool and sauna, boxing bags, and racquetball courts. They also have a snack bar. The membership is reasonable (depending on your budget), but the fact that they have several cable stations and more than one of the same machine per station/group makes it worth the look.“

“If you haven’t taken Alyson’s sun power yoga class you are missing out. Her singing and music were beautiful. She walks around the room, has the perfect level voice. Good instructions, helped me with going from cobra to down dog.“
