“We recently completed a project with this company and wanted to share an honest review of our experience.<br><br>There were definitely some ups and downs throughout the process. Communication at times was not the best, and we did run into issues with the contract not initially being upheld as written. Additionally, some of our interactions with the office staff regarding finances felt abrasive and, at times, came across as rude. That said, those concerns were eventually addressed and corrected.<br><br>On a very positive note, the workmanship itself was wonderful. Mike, our contractor, did an amazing job — we are truly happy with the end result. He was professional, polite, and took the time to walk me through his process while answering all of my questions, which made a big difference.<br><br>Stephen, the project manager, was also great. He followed up after the job was completed and made sure a few underlying issues were taken care of, which we really appreciated. Joseph, the owner, was always nice and knowledgeable when we spoke with him.<br><br>While there were definitely some challenges along the way, the final outcome and quality of the work really stood out. With improved communication and consistency across the team, this would be an excellent experience from start to finish.”
