Doug Fisher & his team are the best! He always calls when he arrives to insure we don’t have any special needs. He is so pleasant & professional! He even stopped (in the rain) to say hello to my granddaughter this week! Such a great young man.Also, Mandi Futch & Timbo are wonderful They always return my call on the same day & answer any questions I may have.Thank you for having such a phenomenal team of professionals. For 5 years we have thoroughly enjoyed our large, enclosed koi pond in Fernandina Beach, which was designed and built by Earthworks. We recently had a crisis where 7 of our LARGE koi died within a 4 day period due to a surge of chemicals in our city water system. Nick Scott and Justin Null came out to our home and expertly drained and cleaned the pond, resuscitated a dying fish, replaced the water, taught me how to monitor alkaline levels and detoxify the water myself, and properly maintain all components of the pond system. Their knowledge and level of customer service was truly extraordinary! Thank you Earthworks for hiring such amazing people.

Rhonda is amazing! I came into Earth Works with a vision and she helped make it come to life! She is super knowledgeable when it comes to landscaping and gave great input on what would work for our space! I am so happy with how it turned out! Thanks so much for your help Rhonda!
