I had an indication of a water leak behind the baseboard in the back of my Office bathroom toilet (a discolored stain on the nice white baseboard) . Lonnie was the technician who responded to my service call and he found that the supply valve pipe had been improperly glued by a handyman who had painted the bathroom and made a repair to the valve about 6 months ago. The leak was a very slow leak but had it not been noticed, the pipe would likely have broken loose altogether and created a major water leak event. Lonnie repaired the pipe with the proper glue and also repaired the toilet flange that was damaged. Lesson learned on using a handyman for a plumbing issue. All...read full review
Lonnie serviced three of my bathrooms. He did an excellent job. He explained everything to me about the repairs needed. He was very efficient and neat with his work performance. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber. He came out on the same day that I called for service. Thank you Lonnie I appreciate the outstanding job you did looking forward to my next water bill now that the leaks are fixed I am sure my water bill will be less.
I cannot say enough great things about Lettow Plumbing and Restoration. This is not the first project they have completed for me, and once again they exceeded every expectation. Most recently, they installed two hot water heaters and added a booster pump, and the entire experience from start to finish was absolutely outstanding.
Their team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question, and made sure the work was completed to the highest standard possible.
