“We booked a plumbing appointment for this AM to clear three very slow moving bathroom sinks. Tim Allala arrived right on time and did the work efficiently and with a very pleasant and courteous demeanor. When he finished, I asked him about our kitchen sink which took five minutes to get hot water running and always had lower pressure than desired. He tested the faucet and showed me where the faucet was failing. He recommended a replacement and installed it on the spot. He solved both of those problems even though I was not planning to address them today. I am very pleased with the experience.“
