For several years now, Honor Carpet Cleaning is the only carpet cleaner I call. I always request that they send a nice person as he is always on time, proffessional, pleasant, and does a great job on my carpet, rug and stairs. There is no sickening chemical odor afterward, in fact there is no residual odor at all. I've always been satisfied, but they recently acquired a new type of cleaning machine that does an even better job than before!
6 years of many dogs, not to mention shoes being worn all over the house, now the carpets look like the day we moved in. Technician was punctual, thorough, and expeditious. I won't wait another 6 years again! Highly recommend!
Although being in a complicated high rise situation, they were willing to come by and see what they could accommodate with a portable unit. And they did an incredible job! We are so excited to have professionally cleaned carpets in our bedrooms for our new place. They were also prompt, clear and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!!!
