I have nothing but thanks and gratitude for Dr. Lee and her wonderful staff. We recently moved from out-of-state, and our precious shih tzu, Sierra, started having problems just after we moved into our new home. She was more sick than we knew, and we ended up making several visits over a two week period. They tried so hard to help Sierra feel better and begin to eat. Sadly, her kidneys were just too weak. Everyone we came into contact with in the office listened closely to us and was kind and caring. When it became obvious that it was time to say goodbye they planned it with care. It's a terrible time for anyone who loves their canine family member, but the people in this practice made it go as well as it possibly could have.
Dr Lincoln has been looking after my cats for about 8 years now. She's always very caring and knowledgeable. Everyone at the office is always very friendly and helpful, too. There were a few times we had emergencies, and they squeezed us in on short notice, for which we were very thankful! Even after moving some distance away from this location, I still drive the extra distance, it's worth it. Thank you to Dr Lincoln and all of the staff at FCAC for taking such good care of our babies!
Took my 7 year old dog and 9 week old puppy here and we love it! The puppy was diagnosed with parvo and had her follow up with Dr. Lincoln. Dr. Lincoln is professional, thorough, and most importantly empathetic. She was honest with us and explained everything that we needed to know. We look forward to many more well visits at Fort Caroline Animal Clinic!
