Jeremy came out, took the measurements and gave us the quote, and yesterday Brian and Ivan removed the old sliding door and installed the new one (plus a pass-thru window). No price change nonsense, no damage to surrounding brick or tile, they cleaned as they worked, and they were done by 3pm (I was shocked). So happy with the new installs we just wish we called American Window years ago!“
