I am so happy with the services for my 2 shih tzus. When he arrived he rang the bell took time to see what i wanted looked at pictures. They are perfect just what i wanted. I was originally scheduled for saturday, but they had a cancellation and they called to see if they could come and they came a little bit after 5pm. They went abo e and beyond he was grooming them until 10pm. I will definitely use this service again. I recommend 100%

My original appointment was on April 6, but I received a call 2 hours out saying that there was an issue with the truck and they would have to reschedule. I was a little bummed, but hey, life happens. I was rescheduled for the following day. I received a phone call one hour before Luis Enrique arrived. He was really nice. This is my first time booking mobile grooming for Eli (85 pound American Staffordshire Terrier). I usually take him to a nearby grooming salon, but his coat never felt clean and his nails were never trimmed like I requested. I never leave reviews but this one is necessary. For the past two years, I've taken Rory to the same groomer in Jax and neither Rory or I ever looked forward to it because she would get SO anxious. Every time I got her back, her haircut looked rushed (like they would just give up and decide to shave her) and they would always just tell me how difficult she was to work with. I decided to try a mobile pet groomer to see if removing the early car drive and being around other anxious dogs all day (as well as probably alone in a crate for hours at a time) would ease her anxiety.
