I had requested that they use Owens & Corning Duration shingles (Terra Cotta) and they didn't even have Owens & Corning as a supplier. They went the extra mile to secure the shingles from Owens & Corning. They were very professional and did everything that they had promised from the beginning. Thank you Tre Allen and Model City Roofing for a leak well repaired. This was covered warranty repair, initial repair estimated $1385, Actual $1260 on 1/20/25.“

There were definitely some ups and downs throughout the process. Communication at times was not the best, and we did run into issues with the contract not initially being upheld as written. Additionally, some of our interactions with the office staff regarding finances felt abrasive and, at times, came across as rude. That said, those concerns were eventually addressed and corrected.

On a very positive note, the workmanship itself was wonderful. Mike, our contractor, did an amazing job — we are truly happy with the end result. He was professional, polite, and took the time to walk me through his process while answering all of my questions, which made a big difference.

“Roofcrafters was recommended to me as I was looking for a metal roof with a specific 50 yr warranty. After getting several estimates theirs was the only one that met my requirements. I did my research and they had very good reviews. I met with David Toth and we went over my project. He sent me a very detailed estimate within a day. As I waited for my other estimates to come in we communicated serval times. He answered ALL of my questions. We decided to go with Roofcrafter as they were the most knowledgeable and had the best warranty, and were very professional. We gave a deposit and waited. There were several delays. But every single time I reached out to David he responded quickly. After finally getting materials and the day came the crew was fantastic. I work in construction, I knew what was going, on but they were right on with the tear off, installation and the clean-up. Eric the superintendent was here every day making sure everything went well and was all being done to code. We passed our inspections and at the end the crew cleaned up everything. Some days they worked until it got dark trying to get the project done. They even worked the whole weekend to keep on track. I appreciate the hard work of everyone involved. I feel the communication was lacking until the job started. But once they showed up to the job site everyone was on board. They do metal, shingle and Bit-mod and I cannot recommend a better company to do your roofing job if you want quality. I especially want to recognize my contact David Toth even after the project her called and followed up to make sure we were happy. Eric did the same on the last day of the project. This company truly cares about their work and product.“
