There were definitely some ups and downs throughout the process. Communication at times was not the best, and we did run into issues with the contract not initially being upheld as written. Additionally, some of our interactions with the office staff regarding finances felt abrasive and, at times, came across as rude. That said, those concerns were eventually addressed and corrected.

On a very positive note, the workmanship itself was wonderful. Mike, our contractor, did an amazing job — we are truly happy with the end result. He was professional, polite, and took the time to walk me through his process while answering all of my questions, which made a big difference.

I was worried about the peak of the roof because i had a leak that had attracted termites. Turns out, termites didn't do much damage. Miguel and team took the time to replace side trim pieces, as well as main plywood. My roof is extremely steep, and these aren't easy replacements. Especially in August heat. I work in construction, I knew what was going, on but they were right on with the tear off, installation and the clean-up. Eric the superintendent was here every day making sure everything went well and was all being done to code. We passed our inspections and at the end the crew cleaned up everything. Some days they worked until it got dark trying to get the project done. They even worked the whole weekend to keep on track. I appreciate the hard work of everyone involved. I feel the communication was lacking until the job started. But once they showed up to the job site everyone was on board. They do metal, shingle and Bit-mod and I cannot recommend a better company to do your roofing job if you want quality. I especially want to recognize my contact David Toth even after the project her called and followed up to make sure we were happy. Eric did the same on the last day of the project. This company truly cares about their work and product.“
