“Mario was down the street doing work on a neighbor's yard and I heard a chain saw. I spoke to Mario about needing 3 palm trees cut down and a bougainvillea bush removed. When they got done at my neighbor's house for the day - they came and handled my concerns and even planted a tree I had in a pot for a very reasonable price. They were very nice, efficient, reasonably priced and planted a plant they knew I was going to plant. It is always nice to get more than you plan for. I will definitely use in the future.“

Jay and his crew dove in head first and did an amazing job getting all the beds, overgrown sections, sago palms and everything all cleaned up. He had everything loaded up and hauled away shortly after they completed the work as well. Including making sure all the leaves and debris were cleaned up after all of it was hauled away.This was Phase One getting everything cleaned up and I will definitely be hiring Jungle Life again for Phase Two which will be adding new plants and mulch or rocks to the the beds. If I were to sum up each of our experiences, it would be the following; premium product, timely, professional installation and incredible customer service.One of the best examples of the above took place during our most recent installation of three queen palms. As usual, the tree selection available was outstanding. During the process of installation, there was a misunderstanding with some of the details of the location and spacing of the trees. It wasn't glaring but just wasn't quite right. I called Jake later that evening and shared our apologies as well as our desire to move one of the trees. There was no hesitation in his response, they would, "get it on the schedule and get it taken care of"Definitely not the response I was anticipating and just another reason why we have and will continue to trust the Jax Palm Trees team for all of our future tree needs.“
