Great experience. Kuan is very knowledgeable as well as a perfectionist. My hair was damaged walking in but she took her time to get it to a healthier state. The straightening process has left my hair looking the best it has in years. She also gave me great tips to insure my hair is never that damaged again.If I could give 10 stars I would!
