I had a wonderful experience at Jacksonville Emergency and Family Dental Care. I called with a dental emergency and was able to get an appointment within the hour, which was incredible considering I had a broken tooth that was causing excruciating pain.
From the moment I arrived, everyone was kind and welcoming. I especially want to recognize the dental assistant. I don’t remember her name because I was in so much pain, but she was incredibly sweet, compassionate, and empathetic. She was very gentle while taking my X-rays and throughout the entire visit, which helped ease my anxiety.
