Just joined and I have loved every class. Good mix of strength and stretching. Lots of class times available for people working full time with kids. The room is warm. The app is helpful for scheduling.

Absolutely love this studio. The classes and instructors are amazing and kind. Currently in the yoga teacher training and it has made a huge impact on my life. Very grateful for YD. Thank you ?
