As pumping turned out to be only step one, next day very good coordination and detective work by Chansi to solve tough problems and find a really well hidden tank between their techs in different parts of the septic and plumbing business and the office with next day or late night scheduling. Extremely helpful and impressive with a serious mystery to trouble shoot and very fair billing when they could have taken advantage of the challenge in figuring out the problem due numerous visits.
