“UPDATE 7/2/25: I was just contacted by phone. They were profusely apologetic, did not attempt to make up an excuse, and treated me with the same affability I'd experienced in person. They got me set up with an appointment to try the brand I want to switch to, and they made sure to work with the day and time was most convenient for me. I updated my star review to account for all things considered.

ORIGINAL REVIEW 7/1/25: I wish I could give 5 stars because the *in person* customer experience is outstanding. Absolutely outstanding in person- the staff is very friendly and helpful, the doctors are great. If you have to call them for any reason, though. . . good luck. I was told that I did not need to come in person to make any changes to my contact lens prescription. I was explicitly told to call in for that kind of thing. I need to make changes. When I tried to order contacts, I was informed that my prescription is missing some vital information, so they can't put my order through. I also decided I wanted to switch brands. I've called multiple times during their stated business hours- different days, different times. I've left multiple messages clearly stating my name, my callback number, and my needs. Each message, I've requested a callback. Nothing. They clearly do not return their clients' phone calls. Despite their voicemail message indicating otherwise. They will just let you sit and never reach back out to you. Extremely dissatisfied!“
