Not only is he a phenomenal ophthalmologist but at the same time he really is what a doctor should be, a caring human who understands his patients' pain and doesn't try to brush off the complexities that they've been carrying almost their whole lives and being told by doctor after doctor that nothing can be done.

I myself had an ICL surgery done by another doctor, and after the surgery I started seeing halos and glare at night, even my daytime vision got fuzzy and I felt like I needed glasses again. Everyone that I had contact with was friendly, answered all my questions and just made feel good about making the decision to come to them for my eye care. They got me set up with an appointment to try the brand I want to switch to, and they made sure to work with the day and time was most convenient for me. ORIGINAL REVIEW 7/1/25: I wish I could give 5 stars because the *in person* customer experience is outstanding. Absolutely outstanding in person- the staff is very friendly and helpful, the doctors are great. If you have to call them for any reason, though. . . good luck. I was told that I did not need to come in person to make any changes to my contact lens prescription. I was explicitly told to call in for that kind of thing. I need to make changes. When I tried to order contacts, I was informed that my prescription is missing some vital information, so they can't put my order through. I also decided I wanted to switch brands. I've called multiple times during their stated business hours- different days, different times. I've left multiple messages clearly stating my name, my callback number, and my needs. Each message, I've requested a callback. Nothing. They clearly do not return their clients' phone calls. Despite their voicemail message indicating otherwise. They will just let you sit and never reach back out to you. Extremely dissatisfied!“
