    As an 18-year-old client of Ana's, I highly recommend her as a Pilates instructor. Ana has a unique approach that keeps me engaged and motivated throughout our sessions. Her background in dance and physical movement makes her a well-rounded instructor, and her attention to detail is exceptional.I appreciate Ana's creativity in tailoring programs to my specific needs.     I have worked with Ana for 3years through all sorts of medical issues. My goals are functional strength, dorsal flexion, and being able to do things such as getting up and down from low spaces which becomes more difficult as you get older. She continues to improve the physical quality of my life! I am much more flexible and strong and can accomplish a lot more routine movement. I am in my 60's and feel a lot stronger

I help people find joy and independence by re-establishing their physical strength using pilates through effective wellness programs. Assessment screenings for personalized and tailored trainings. Training modalities include : The Oov, Konnector®, mat pilates with props, pilates equipment and cross-training forms to strengthen and balance the body. Pilates is a great form of exercise and movement integration technique. It is for everyone! Fitness enthusiasts, dancers, athletes, MS, Parkinson's disease; Pilates is for all ages and levels.
