“We have joined this club's location since BJ's has opened this store on Philips Hwy. While shopping there for many years, we have noticed how service in this store has improved. “I could not recommend Dr. McIntosh MORE!!! He is so easy to work with and patient and kind through the process. Very knowledgeable and made sure my lenses were a perfect fit for me and my lifestyle. “I got my eye exam at another location due to an insurance benefit but went here to get my lenses b/c their website said they could do same day. However, because mine weren't in stock, I waited about 4 days, that's including the weekend. After getting my lenses, I could not adjust to them, not even after a week. I came back and found out the eye exam at the other location got my prescription all wrong! Even though I didn't schedule the eye exam with SO, Pilar was amazing in giving me a new eye exam on the spot, walked me through how off my first prescription was and assisted me in finding a backup pair of glasses. Brandon is also great with providing excellent customer service. They are quick, practical and still friendly. I think I found my new eye exam and hardware location. Thanks!“

The glasses I got originally a year or so back broke due to my own negligence, not only was the staff able to find me a frame just as great as my first pair, they gave me a temporary fix for my broken ones while I wait for the new pair, I love these people honestly!“

“UPDATE 7/2/25: I was just contacted by phone. They were profusely apologetic, did not attempt to make up an excuse, and treated me with the same affability I'd experienced in person. They got me set up with an appointment to try the brand I want to switch to, and they made sure to work with the day and time was most convenient for me. I updated my star review to account for all things considered.

ORIGINAL REVIEW 7/1/25: I wish I could give 5 stars because the *in person* customer experience is outstanding. Absolutely outstanding in person- the staff is very friendly and helpful, the doctors are great. If you have to call them for any reason, though. . . good luck. I was told that I did not need to come in person to make any changes to my contact lens prescription. I was explicitly told to call in for that kind of thing. I need to make changes. When I tried to order contacts, I was informed that my prescription is missing some vital information, so they can't put my order through. I also decided I wanted to switch brands. I've called multiple times during their stated business hours- different days, different times. I've left multiple messages clearly stating my name, my callback number, and my needs. Each message, I've requested a callback. Nothing. They clearly do not return their clients' phone calls. Despite their voicemail message indicating otherwise. They will just let you sit and never reach back out to you. Extremely dissatisfied!“
