“After 20 years of cursing our sliding door (and multiple failed attempts to repair and replace it) we finally called American Window Products. Jeremy came out, took the measurements and gave us the quote, and yesterday Brian and Ivan removed the old sliding door and installed the new one (plus a pass-thru window). No price change nonsense, no damage to surrounding brick or tile, they cleaned as they worked, and they were done by 3pm (I was shocked). So happy with the new installs we just wish we called American Window years ago!“

“MHE covered my home with Hardi board back in 2020. I have had no issues with the siding, but I did noticed an issue with the paint. As time went on, the paint appeared to be getting progressively splotchy in places. In 2023, I contacted owner Ken Martin to see if there was anything that could be done even though it had been almost 3 years since the original job was completed. Admittedly, I waited a long time before calling and was worried I waited too long. Ken came out and looked at the paint issue. He was able to get the paint company to cover a new paint job under warranty (no charge). The MHE painters did a great job and I am very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend MHE for anyone getting new siding. They were not the cheapest out there but the company is very professional and stands by their work. Traits that are exceedingly rare in contractors these days. Thanks Ken, Jake and team. I really appreciate your commitment to your customers.“

“I contacted several recommended roofers in my area to get estimates . Tillman responded quickly, inspected the house and provided a detailed written estimate. Once work commenced they discovered much more damage caused by the previous roofing contractor. Pictures were taken and a new detailed estimate was provided. The crew including Hollie and Terry Sr. were prompt, professional, and dedicated to getting the job completed. There were no long breaks and no issues with inappropriate language or actions. The crew was working at 830 and stayed until the task for the day was complete, sometimes as late as 7 pm. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Terry, Hollie, and the crew for a job well done.“
