Just completed a washer repair with Tyson of Good Appliance. They did a great job fixing my washer. Right after the job was completed I had a problem with my dryer making a noise. Tyson came back immediately and made a quick adjustment at no charge. This company is very honest, knowledgeable and responsive to your concerns. I highly recommend using them for all your appliance repairs. They are a locally owned & run. Tyson, the owner is hands on and oversees much of the work to make sure that you are 100% satisfied. Don't hesitate calling them.
I highly recommend Tyson from Good Appliance LLC to anyone needing reliable appliance repair. He is courteous, knowledgeable, trustworthy and has fair pricing. My dishwasher wouldn’t run through the cycles. Tyson diagnosed the issue and clearly explained the cost of the repair but also took the time to help me evaluate if it made more sense to repair or replace it. In the end we decided to replace it.
What stood out most was his honesty—he would have made money on the repair, but instead guided me toward the option that was in my best interest. I am grateful for his help and will absolutely contact him again for any future appliance needs.
