“Stylists were all very nice and patient with all the kids. Had toys, bubbles etc to entertain. My complaint is the timing, hopefully they can work that out in the future. Had an appt for 11:40 for my son’s first hair cut, after 45 minutes of waiting, I was told I wouldn’t be able to be seen until 1pm. Imagine trying to keep a two year old entertained that long. A different stylist became free and took the next person who came in, instead of assisting us who at that point were already waiting 45 min. Again, stylists were great with the kids and if I do return here, hopefully the timing will be better.“

“Chad was incredible. Given this is my first salon experience (I was a frequent flyer of sports clips/etc.) I can honestly say it was worth every penny. He was open to all my concerns and left me with arguably (though there is no argument to be had) the best haircut I have ever received. 5 stars isn’t enough and I will be back.“

Melissa is an amazing stylist. She’s incredibly talented with both color and color correction, but what really sets her apart is her communication. I never have to guess what my appointment will cost—she always gives me an estimated price beforehand and explains what factors could make the total a little higher or lower depending on how the service goes. She also lets me know how long everything will take, so there are no surprises.

If you’re someone who has anxiety, is neurodivergent, or simply appreciates clear communication, I can’t recommend her enough. She always asks for your input, makes sure she understands what you want, and offers thoughtful professional advice without ever being pushy. She has a great eye for color analysis and helped me find shades that truly suit me. I’ve received so many compliments on my hair since seeing her.

Another thing I really appreciate is that she’s not gossipy. The conversation is always kind, respectful, and comfortable, which makes the appointment feel genuinely relaxing rather than awkward.

“Ann and Tamara make a great team! They are both super nice and really take their time with you. I love the way my hair came out. Also, my mom has a disease that has been causing her to lose her hair over the years. Ann was inspired to help her! She started making her own wig. Ann and Tamara Surprised my mom with attaching a permanent hair topper for her at her hair appointment. It is very hard for my mom with losing her because she is very self-conscious about it. We are very appreciative for them, giving new things a try and helping!! It looks great in my mom’s hair!!“

Firstly, upon booking within 30 minutes, I received a text message with her introducing herself and asking for any hair inspiration photos.

Once I got there for my appointment, she is very friendly and bubbly.
