Dr Aro of Jacksonville Emergency and Family Dental was very accommodating in all respects. Dr Aro has been my dentist for I would say probably over 3 years now and I have nothing but appreciations for his professional services. I have some of the worst fears and anxiety for dentist. I had a real deal emergency, I expressed my fears and concerns. The entire staff and doctor were so nice and helpful I got through the procedure so quick I didn't realize it was over. I will be coming back for the future plans I have to get dental health back in line. Great place.
I first met Dr. Aaro just over 4yrs. ago. I had multiple issues d/t illness. Starting with one tooth had broken causing constant pain. This office has emergency hrs. each day. Helping patients find solutions. Dr. Aaro explains each step fully. He is calm, professional and reassuring, making sure his patient understands and is comfortable. He takes his time. Over past couple years, I’ve needed much more work. He works to develop plans with patients specific needs. I would not consider another Dr., I trust him completely and I’m comfortable.
