Dr. Aaro’s chairside manner was impeccable. I was surprised at how comfortable he made me feel protected under his care. The communication between patient and doctor was so clear. I have never been a fan of going to the dentist and truly I regret. However it is so important to know that there are Dentists like Dr. Aaro that are more than capable of understanding what you are going through when it comes to your pain level. “Just finished up my dental appointment over at Ortega Dental in Jacksonville, FL, I've been putting off getting my teeth sorted – you know, all those persistent issues like cavities and needing a few crowns. The thought of it always filled me with a bit of dread, and finding the right place felt like a huge hurdle.

But, oh my goodness, I owe a massive thank you to my wonderful daughter, Kayla! She kept telling me I *had* to see Dr. Flores, and I'm so incredibly happy I listened to her.

The entire experience at Ortega Dental was just phenomenal. From the moment I stepped in, the staff and Dr. Flores not only incredibly skilled but also has such a wonderfully reassuring manner. It's such a huge weight off my shoulders to finally find a dental team that makes you feel completely at ease and confident that you're in the best hands. My long-overdue dental work is finally getting the attention it needs, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care I received today.
