Why does emergencies happen during the busiest time of the year? They were able to get the parts and keep our walk in cooler running without a hitch! Always reliable and make sure they get the job done right. Thank you B&G. Oh and the whole staff are amazing.

Fixed equip as requested . Onsite for 62 minutes. Initially charged 2.5 hours. We pushed back and labor was reduced to two hours. Would love to use them exclusively. Can't do that given this practice.Having said that, work was completed and we have a functioning ice machine.

Had to call twice to get the appt setup, the service tech was very professional and competent and helpful, he explained things very simply and offered options that suited my needs.I do feel that a automatic $155.00 for the first hour is a touch steep but bring new to the area it’s possibly the norm!
