These doors have been here since they opened- these sliding doors to the client rooms- they’re AWFUL! It’s completely contradictory to sanitary conditions when you can’t even slide it open properly (because there isn’t an handle) and you’re then fumbling across the door with your whole hand to get it to move. Change these doors by putting handles on them PLEASE- your clients would appreciate not breaking their nails on them every month…

Additionally, an odd new corporate policy should be changed. I understand age verification (I work in a business that takes that seriously too) but updated tech should fix this.

There is an ask every time you enter for an ID when you’re checking in for an appointment. There’s never a time I personally haven’t stumbled for it because I’m still not used to it, and I always see everyone else hunting for their ID as well. A note can be made on the client file with a photo from their ID or taken at the door for new customers to verify age...one time is all that’s needed to verify, not every single time- especially for the monthly members! It’s just a small thing but still an annoyance.

…however if I had a choice, the doors or showing my ID…
…fix the damn doors…
