“Last week, one of the top pieces to my fairly new jewelry came off, so I went in and James helped me put it back on. He took a look at the set of piercings and gave me some suggestions on how to better care for them, as I was having some complications. He was very professional and made sure that I was okay following a somewhat painful adjustment of the jewelry.

This week, I had to retire the fairly new piercing (set) due to the continuation of said complications, and I just can’t express enough how sweet Jordan was with helping me throughout the process. She understood how emotional it was for me in the moment and was very gentle throughout the entirety of my visit, from check-in to check-out. Her patience and compassion are qualities that every piercer should display.

For clarity, I did not have these piercings initially done at East Coast Worldwide—though I wish I had. I will, however, be a repeat customer if I decide to get re-pierced in the future. Excellent staff, clean and safe space.“

“Called the other day and asked if they were able to remove an eyebrow piercing. They said it’d be 10 dollars which i was totally fine with because i had been trying to get it out for so long. I went in and the guys was super cool and popped it right out in literally 10 seconds. didn’t even end up charging me. definitely will come back for my next tat and piercing. super cute vibe in there.“

“I had went to 2 other tattoo artist trying to get a simple ring finger tattoo and i was denied at the first one bc i needed to have have tattoos done by them previously, and the other guy kept trying to convince me and my husband to not get a ring finger tattoo and to get matching tattoos somewhere else on our body.

It was extremely annoying because we did our research and my parent have finger tats aswell so i know how they age

I did not have an issue with this place we simply talk he let us know how finger tattoos age. Then he work with us on a design. He was respectful and was a jerk and trying to push us to do something we didnt want. We will definitely be back for more. 10/10 had tons of fun and was a great first tattoo experience.“
