“I have had several pieces done by Jewel. In short, Jewel is absolutely amazing! She is personable and more than accommodating. She has remained punctual and keeps communication lines open and clear. She is light handed and ensures comfort throughout the entire process. The pieces always turn out better than expected as she is creative and truly enjoys the art behind the tattoo. All supplies and materials are always opened in front of me and the area is cleaned before and after each appointment. Jewel makes the time spent feel like true therapy.“

“Stylists were all very nice and patient with all the kids. Had toys, bubbles etc to entertain. My complaint is the timing, hopefully they can work that out in the future. Had an appt for 11:40 for my son’s first hair cut, after 45 minutes of waiting, I was told I wouldn’t be able to be seen until 1pm. Imagine trying to keep a two year old entertained that long. A different stylist became free and took the next person who came in, instead of assisting us who at that point were already waiting 45 min. Again, stylists were great with the kids and if I do return here, hopefully the timing will be better.“

“Last week, one of the top pieces to my fairly new jewelry came off, so I went in and James helped me put it back on. He took a look at the set of piercings and gave me some suggestions on how to better care for them, as I was having some complications. He was very professional and made sure that I was okay following a somewhat painful adjustment of the jewelry.

This week, I had to retire the fairly new piercing (set) due to the continuation of said complications, and I just can’t express enough how sweet Jordan was with helping me throughout the process. She understood how emotional it was for me in the moment and was very gentle throughout the entirety of my visit, from check-in to check-out. Her patience and compassion are qualities that every piercer should display.

For clarity, I did not have these piercings initially done at East Coast Worldwide—though I wish I had. I will, however, be a repeat customer if I decide to get re-pierced in the future. Excellent staff, clean and safe space.“

“This is my experience thus far (still healing) ". I was referred to Ashley from an associate. Everything about the booking process was simple. I was sure to communicate via Instagram of my interest. I asked if there was a seperate consult. Not too many rules in her page. Asked questions about payment methods. Since the appointment is booked via square, sometimes there are extra fees. I arrived as instructed, not too early and not too late. I waited about five minutes before texting her to let her know I arrived. She showed me the piercing ring options. She did seem annoyed that I was indecisive but I wanted to be sure the hem wasn't too big. I witnessed her cleaning the area. Using new needles and gloves. She did a great job at talking me through it. It has been five days. I've been using saline as directed and it feels fine. My piercing was 95 plus the gem for $30. I will be back.“
