She is light handed and ensures comfort throughout the entire process. The pieces always turn out better than expected as she is creative and truly enjoys the art behind the tattoo. All supplies and materials are always opened in front of me and the area is cleaned before and after each appointment. Jewel makes the time spent feel like true therapy.“

“Last week, one of the top pieces to my fairly new jewelry came off, so I went in and James helped me put it back on. He took a look at the set of piercings and gave me some suggestions on how to better care for them, as I was having some complications. He was very professional and made sure that I was okay following a somewhat painful adjustment of the jewelry.

This week, I had to retire the fairly new piercing (set) due to the continuation of said complications, and I just can’t express enough how sweet Jordan was with helping me throughout the process. She understood how emotional it was for me in the moment and was very gentle throughout the entirety of my visit, from check-in to check-out. Her patience and compassion are qualities that every piercer should display.

For clarity, I did not have these piercings initially done at East Coast Worldwide—though I wish I had. I will, however, be a repeat customer if I decide to get re-pierced in the future. Excellent staff, clean and safe space.“

“Today, I took my eldest daughter to get any piercing she wanted for her birthday. Today we met Misty, and she was wonderful. She explained all the important health information, cleaning techniques, and when would be the best time to change the piercing, and which type of nose ring would be most comfortable when my daughter was past her healing period. On top of all of that, Misty was sweet and funny, very excited for my daughter's new piercing. When we come back (because we will be), we want Misty to do the work.“

He also does laser removal, in about 2 minutes he was able to fade out two old tattoos on my fingers!
