“Last week, one of the top pieces to my fairly new jewelry came off, so I went in and James helped me put it back on. He took a look at the set of piercings and gave me some suggestions on how to better care for them, as I was having some complications. He was very professional and made sure that I was okay following a somewhat painful adjustment of the jewelry.
This week, I had to retire the fairly new piercing (set) due to the continuation of said complications, and I just can’t express enough how sweet Jordan was with helping me throughout the process. She understood how emotional it was for me in the moment and was very gentle throughout the entirety of my visit, from check-in to check-out. Her patience and compassion are qualities that every piercer should display.
For clarity, I did not have these piercings initially done at East Coast Worldwide—though I wish I had. I will, however, be a repeat customer if I decide to get re-pierced in the future. Excellent staff, clean and safe space.”
