It was my first time being cut on, and they were very good about checking up on me and answering my questions.“

I ended up not having lice, but we shared plenty of laughs about how I psyched myself out thinking I did. If I ever have a scare again, I will definitely return to the Jacksonville - Bartram Park location. I didn't catch the other techs name who was there but she was as equally amazing as Michelle was. Literally felt like I met life long friends and I was only there 15 mins max. Something that felt so embarrassing & uncomfortable to do, these two women made it feel like I was meeting the girls for drinks. Michelle even French braided my hair before I left. I cannot brag enough about the staff at Bartram Park and the level of professionalism and care that I experienced. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family and if I am ever in the area I might even just stop by to say hey! Friends, if you're dealing with a lice infestation or think you have it (like me)... Don't waste your time on store bought products, or stressing over being embarrassed...just make the appt. You will not regret it! Even if it turns out you do not have lice, and you're just a little Cray Cray ...your head & mental health will thank you ?? I'd give 20 stars if I could! “As far as the Medical Side of the facility we have no complaints however be very careful when it comes to billing. Twice they have sent us a billing that we did not owe so if you don't double check you might pay when you don't actually owe them anything and you might not get it back.“
