I visited 11i for the first time today and had such a great experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and friendly, which instantly made me feel relaxed. I came in for a haircut and couldn’t be happier with the results, they did a fantastic job. The whole experience was exactly what I was hoping for. I’ll definitely be back!

Kiki is the best. Have been going to her for over 10 years now and she has never done me wrong!! I come out looking exactly how I wanted and better. From color to cut, she is the best across the board. Highly recommend!
