Can't say enough good things about this Yoga studio. Very professional in every aspect. There are classes for every level. My personal favorite was the yin power. It was a medium paced heated combination of stretching and moving. I am an amateur athlete and have competed in multiple sports. I can say that i have never sweat the way i have in this class! I feel so clean and detoxified when i leave here! Pricing is fair and worth every dollar. They also do a free class if you are new. I would say at the very least try a free class and you won't regret it!

I love the variety of classes offered at Yoga Den Avondale. There is definitely something for everyone. I also really enjoy the guided meditation classes and workshops that are offered throughout the year. The studio is welcoming, relaxing, and in a great location. I'll continue to drop in at Yoga Den Avondale for years to come!

Such a great and welcoming space to practice yoga! I took advantage of their first free class and I was so amazed! Such a nice, welcoming and relaxing environment! Will definitely be going back
