United Water Restoration Group of Jacksonville
“I want to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Zach from United Water Restoration Group. He was professional, courteous, and extremely thorough from the moment he arrived. He explained every part of the inspection process to me, including what he observed with the leak in my bedroom ceiling. The water is dripping in only one spot and nowhere else in my home, and after completing a full moisture inspection on the affected wall and ceiling areas, Zach confirmed what the plumbing company had already stated — that the leak was possibly coming from the roof, not from any pipes or the A/C system.
I was very concerned about the mold forming on my ceiling, and Zach handled that with urgency and care. He installed their dehumidifier and air scrubber immediately to stabilize the environment and begin addressing the moisture and air quality. His calm, knowledgeable approach made a stressful situation much easier to manage, and I am praying the mold has not traveled down the wall.
Thank you to Zach for his exceptional professionalism, and thank you to Logan for calling me so quickly this morning.”
