My rugs had never been cleaned and had been through a lot. It was a long turn around time but I was moving so that worked well for me. When the rugs were delivered, they were cleaned beautifully and they look great in my new place. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is because I was not told about pickup and delivery fees or I would’ve dropped off and picked up myself because I live close by.
I am very pleased with the exceptional service I received from Doc’s of Denver. Katy, who took my call inquiring about rug cleaning was so friendly and knowledgeable. She made scheduling the pickup and delivery smooth and easy and always on time. Josh, also very friendly, picked up my rug and I believe he was the one who cleaned it. He made it look brand new! Thank you Josh! Jeremy and Dave, again so friendly, delivered the rug and took care to get it down just right. Thank you all for the luxury of a nice clean rug without a single hiccup! I would definitely recommend Doc’s of Denver! And, they do a whole lot more than clean area rugs. I’ll remember that!
Special shout out to Paul Shuster, who has come to the house multiple times to bail us out of pet disasters. He’s extremely knowledgeable, polite, and has a great sense of humor. Highly recommend.
