Funeral Home, Cemetery and Crematory.

Ms. Johnson was my personal Family Care Provider at
Fairmount Memorial Park. She enabled me to retire my
parent's cremation ashes to their final resting place at their
Memorial Terrace columbarium with the dignity and respect
they deserved. (I've kept my parent's ashes at my home
for the last 22 years; it was time they had their own place.)

To say that Ms. Johnson was professional in executing my
wishes would be a gross understatement. She exceeded my
expectations in every step of the process which took several
conversations, emails and meetings over 3 months. It's not
as simple as it sounds. Ms. Johnson's patience, compassion
and knowledge was instrumental in carefully unraveling the
legal and physical complexities of the burial options in terms
I could understand.

She answered all my questions quickly in person and online.
And believe me, I had volumes and she never flinched and
was as courteous when we parted as when we first met. All
management, staff and inurnment crew were equally cordial.

A vivid example of her dedication – on the day of the inurnment
(placement of cremation urn in the columbarium niche), it was
92 dgs, 41% humidity and no wind on July 22, 2026. She stood
respectfully roasting under cloudless skies watching while
I performed 45 minutes of readings with a solo singer. She
wasn't obligated; but, that's a testimony to her character...to
see the process through from beginning to end, personally.

Kudos and thank you, Ms Johnson, for sharing this solemn
farewell to my parents with me.
