We booked the service online and then a day later they called to double check and confirm what we needed done, just to make sure we were all on the same page. Gonzalo came to our place on time (they sent a text ahead to let us know they were on their way). They were professional and nice and laid out all expectations prior to starting the job. The service was done within a couple hours. They also gave us recommendations for products they don't sell that they thought would work good for us since we are pet owners. Gonzalo was very accommodating and professional! The cleaning of a very large area was outstanding. There were recent and older stains, which they worked hard to eliminate. I highly recommend them for all their services!
Considerate and easy to work with. When I initially called told him what I needed he quoted me a price and that’s what it cost when he left. No trying to sell me anything while he was here.The job was done well and I will be using him again next time.
