Value - Great deal for your money. I enjoy that their prices are posted online and that the service provided does not come with hidden add-ons or upcharges. Thanks John Dobereiner! Performance – Technician was quick to call to open up an earlier window of time for my convenience and went above and beyond to make conversation while he worked. He was able to provide the requested services in a quick and timely manner. Ease of Use - The fact that they have auto, home and business options is a plentiful site as I now have one company I can go to for any locksmithery (wait, that’s a word, right? It is now!) I may need. Features – No Hidden charges, flat rates posted online, wicked quick response time, insured and accredited, friendly and knowledgeable staff and a satisfaction guarantee. Criticism - No criticism of this place; didn’t you just read the features I posted above? Overall – When you need trusted, quick and attentive technicians to provide proficiency and safety to your auto, home or business, I won’t be calling any other company than Metrolocks. This is THE company you need to call when you need help.
